Delicious curd from Nicolas Vahé with a wonderful flavour of pistachio. Use the curd as a classic jam, or mix it in with natural yoghurt. Spread it on pancakes, or enjoy it together with ice cream or as part of an amazing pie. But be careful, this pistachio curd is extremely addictive. Once opened: consume within 1 week and store in a cold place.
